I spent over 35 years in Customer Service, Sales, and Business Management which emphasized education, training and mentorship. This was an invaluable experience and helped build the foundation of my business. Originally born in Waterford, Michigan then later moved to Las Vegas Nevada to Manage the Salon and Spa at the Treasure Island Hotel and then Scottsdale Arizona to run the Empire Beauty School and returned to Michigan to join Dorsey Schools as their program director. I specialized in, Business Management, Curriculum Development and Team building. I earned my degree in Business Management. My goal was to utilize my training and experience to enhance my Real Estate career and build my business using the same skills I used to run multimillion-dollar companies; provide outstanding customer service, tough negotiation skills and skillful oversight of contracts. My very first year in Real Estate I was named Keller Williams Premier Rookie of the year and I was in the top 20% in my market center doing over 5 million in closed sales. I served on the Agent Leadership Council for 4 years, serving the community, training new agents and supporting the management team prior to taking my position at Brookstone Realtors in Clarkston.

Susan was very dedicated to finding me a house and was very helpful in my home search. The thing that I appreciated the most was she always got back to me rather quickly. she made me feel that I was the only customer that she had. She also went out in horrible weather; rain, sleet and snow storms to show me houses. Finally, because I requested to see a home way on the east side of town she showed me that house too, on a Friday afternoon during rush hour traffic.
